Structure
Made of stainless steel AISI 304.
Simultaneous sealing and cutting of the film.
Film recoil braking system, facilitating the placement of the trays.
Model TSB150 includes two moulds:
1 mould for one tray 192×137 mm.
1 mould for two trays 96×137 mm. 1 mould for two trays 96×137 mm. 1 mould for two trays 1/4 GN. mold for two trays 96×137 mm.
Model TSB 290 includes two molds:
1 mold for one 1/2 GN tray (320×265 mm).
1 mold for two 1/4 GN trays (265×162 mm).
The mold for two trays is provided with a central guide to facilitate the cutting of the film.
It is supplied with a film reel of 150 m length and 150 mm width (TSB150) and 200 m length and 280 mm width (TSB290).
Maximum depth of the tray 100 mm.
