Description
DESCRIPTION: Meat maturation cabinet designed to carry out the process known as Dry Aging in an easy, safe and controlled way, obtaining the best results in terms of flavor, texture and aromas.
EXTERIOR: AISI 304 stainless steel or black lacquered galvanized steel (B).
INTERIOR: In AISI 304 stainless steel, with deep-drawn guides and bottom and curved joints for easy cleaning.
CONTROLLER: Digital controller with temperature and humidity control and touch keyboard.
LIGHTING: Incorporation of LED lighting, special meat color. It can reduce energy consumption by 80% to 90% compared to a traditional bulb.
DOOR: With self-closing system, opening lock and double low emissivity thermocouple + argon charge.
