DESCRIPTION: Medium size meat maturation cabinet, designed to carry out the process known as Dry Aging in an easy, safe and controlled way, obtaining the best results in terms of flavor, texture and aromas.

EXTERIOR: Black lacquered steel.

INTERIOR: In stainless steel AISI 304.

CONTROLLER: Digital controller with temperature and humidity control and touch keyboard.

LIGHTING: Incorporation of special flesh-toned LED lighting. Reducing energy consumption between 80% and 90%, compared to a traditional bulb.

DOOR: With self-closing system, opening lock and double low emissivity thermocouple + argon charge.
