Structure
Stainless steel structure.
Ribbed or smooth cast iron plate.
All top plates are ribbed, except the “TL” models which are smooth.
Independent thermostat adjustable up to 250°C.
Safety thermostat.
Light indicator, which turns off when the plate has reached the desired temperature.
Front grease collector.
